LUCI Cities & Lighting Summit Oulu 2026
The LUCI Cities & Lighting Summit Oulu 2026 gathered over 200 delegates from 26 countries, including representatives from 33 cities and 57 other organisations and institutions, confirming the Summit as the flagship event for the global urban lighting community.
During three days, 55 speakers and moderators explored with attendees how light art and technology, darkness and people-centric approaches are reshaping the urban night – with Oulu’s Nordic atmosphere and European Capital of Culture 2026 context providing an exceptional living laboratory.
